Quick Start

Get up and running with PropFlow in 5 minutes

Get PropFlow set up and tracking your prop firm performance in just a few minutes.

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Visit propflowtrading.com
  2. Click Get Started or Sign Up
  3. Choose your sign-up method:
    • Email and password
    • Google account

Step 2: Subscribe to Start Your Free Trial

After signing up, you'll need to subscribe to start your 5-day free trial:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Start 5-Day Free Trial
  3. Enter your payment details via Stripe

Your trial includes full access to all features:

  • Unlimited bank connections
  • Full analytics dashboard
  • Transaction categorization
  • Tax reports and certificates
  • Leaderboard access

You won't be charged during the trial. After 5 days, your subscription continues at $20/month. Cancel anytime.

Step 3: Connect Your Bank Account

  1. Click Bank Connections in the sidebar (under Settings & Support)
  2. Click Connect New Bank and follow the Plaid prompts
  3. Select the account(s) where you receive prop firm payouts

The initial sync can take several minutes to import your transaction history. Subsequent updates happen automatically.

Step 4: Review Your Transactions

Once connected, PropFlow will:

  1. Import your transaction history (up to 24 months depending on your bank)
  2. Automatically categorize recognized prop firm payouts using keyword matching
  3. Flag transactions that need your review (shown with a badge in the sidebar)

Navigate to the Transactions page to review and categorize any flagged items.

Step 5: Explore Your Dashboard

Your dashboard shows:

  • Overview Cards: Total spent, received, net total, ROI, accounts bought, and payouts received
  • Profit Calendar: Visual calendar showing daily profit/loss
  • Performance Curve: Line chart showing your profit trend over time
  • Firm Breakdown: Pie chart showing earnings by prop firm
  • Recent Activity: List of your most recent transactions

Use the date range selector in the top-right to filter data by different time periods (30 days, 90 days, YTD, all time, or custom range).
