How much does PropFlow cost?
PropFlow is $20/month for full unlimited access to all features.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! New users get a 5-day free trial with full access to all features. To start your trial:
- Create an account
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Start 5-Day Free Trial
- Enter payment details (you won't be charged during the trial)
You can cancel anytime before the trial ends.
What's included in the subscription?
Everything:
- Unlimited bank account connections
- Full analytics dashboard
- Transaction categorization
- Tax reports and certificates
- Leaderboard access
- All future features
How do I subscribe?
- Sign up and start your free trial
- Before or after trial ends, go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Start 5-Day Free Trial (for new users) or Reactivate Subscription (for returning customers)
- Enter your payment information via Stripe
- Your subscription begins immediately
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to Settings > Subscription and click Manage Billing to access the Stripe customer portal. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens when my trial ends?
After your 5-day trial:
- Your subscription automatically continues at $20/month
- If you canceled during the trial, you'll see a paywall when accessing premium features
- Your data is always preserved
- You can resubscribe anytime to regain access
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact team@propflowtrading.com if you're unsatisfied.
How do I update my payment method?
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Manage Billing
- Update your payment details in the Stripe customer portal
