How PropFlow handles your data
What data does PropFlow collect?
Account Information
- Email address
- Name (if provided)
- Profile picture (from social login)
Financial Data
- Transaction history from linked accounts
- Account names
Usage Data
- Feature usage analytics
- Error logs for debugging
How is my data protected?
- Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
- Secure Infrastructure: We use Supabase and Vercel for hosting
- Plaid Security: Bank connections use Plaid's bank-grade security
- No Credential Storage: We never store your bank login credentials
Who can see my data?
- You: Full access to your own data
- PropFlow Team: Limited access for support purposes only
- No Third Parties: We don't sell or share your data
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete your account directly from the app:
- Go to Settings > Security
- Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
This will:
- Remove all your transaction data
- Disconnect all bank accounts
- Delete your account permanently
Alternatively, contact team@propflowtrading.com to request deletion.
Is PropFlow SOC 2 compliant?
We follow security best practices. Our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel, Plaid, Stripe) are SOC 2 compliant.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored on servers in the United States through our infrastructure providers.
Do you use my data for AI training?
No. Your financial data is never used for AI training or any purpose other than providing the PropFlow service to you.
