Welcome to PropFlow, LLC (“PropFlow”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, web application, and services (collectively, the “Service”), so please read them carefully.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use PropFlow. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Although the Service may be accessible from other locations, it is intended for U.S. users only.

2. Description of Service

PropFlow provides a financial technology platform that allows users to connect their financial accounts via Plaid to view, categorize, and analyze their prop firm-related trading activity. We are not a financial advisor or brokerage, and we do not provide financial or investment advice.

3. User Accounts and Security

To access the Service, you must create an account and connect your financial data via Plaid, a third-party service provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

You may delete your account at any time, and we will remove your information from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Plaid’s terms.

Plaid integration: By connecting your financial accounts to PropFlow via Plaid, you grant us and Plaid the authority to access and transmit your financial data from connected accounts. You acknowledge and agree to Plaid’s End User Privacy Policy (https://plaid.com/legal/\#end-user-privacy-policy).

4. Payments and Subscriptions

PropFlow is a subscription-based service. We process all payments through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize PropFlow to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • No refunds are offered for any reason.

  • There are no late payment or cancellation fees.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the remaining subscription period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform or its integrations.

  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable banking, privacy, or financial laws.

  • Share your login credentials with others or resell the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we determine you have violated these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

While PropFlow does not claim ownership over third-party tools, we own the design, branding, and layout of the PropFlow platform. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without our permission.

7. Disclaimers

PropFlow is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

  • That data provided is accurate or up to date.

  • Any specific outcome from using the Service.

You use the Service at your own risk. We are not liable for any financial losses, data inaccuracies, or service disruptions that may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropFlow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

9. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is separate from these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined therein.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes, and continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
